Acara Solutions seeks highly qualified candidates to work onsite with our client in Orlando, FL. Interested?
Here’s what you’d do:
- The client is seeking an assembler to build large mechanical subassemblies and complex linkages, working ontheir feet.
- The role needs reading technical drawings and blueprints, installing hardware stackups, and moving tools and materials efficiently while following safety and quality procedures.
- Within the first30days, the contractor will learn standard processes and assist teammates; by60days, they will fabricate subassemblies, suggest design improvements, selfinspect, and apply continuousimprovement methods (6S/PMT (Photomultiplier Tube)); by120days, they will perform workmanship self-inspections, rework as needed, and identify process efficiencies.
- Behavioral expectations include punctual attendance, active participation in team meetings, clear communication, respect, integrity, and adherence to safety rules.
Here’s what you’ll get:
Pay: $20.50/hr.
Hours: 4/10-1<sup>st</sup> Shift.
Length: Temp (12 months).
