Job Description:

Are you detail-oriented and enjoy working with your hands? Join our team as a Wire Assembly Technician, where your skills will help power high-quality products from start to finish.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Cut, strip, pull, and coil wires up to 15-16 feet in length.
• attache connectors and insulators to wires with precision.
• Kit wires for assembly and ensure all components are properly organized.
• Follow strict ticket tracking – tickets must stay with raw components until used and discard only after QA.
• Participate in end-of-day clean-up and workstation reset.

What You Need to Succeed:

• Ability to follow detailed work instructions – always refer to the official log-in page, not word of mouth.
• Comfort using Excel-based control plans alongside work instructions.
• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality.
• Willingness to ask questions to see clarity when needed.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $16.50 – $18.00/hr.
