As an Assembler I, you will be responsible for assembling products according to specifications. You will also need to ensure that the quality control standards are met. Reading and interpreting assembly instructions, blueprints, schematics, and diagrams

Primary Responsibilities:

• Assembling components or sub-assemblies using appropriate tools and following specific guidelines and procedures
• Inspecting parts for defects or damage
• Following safety protocols and ensuring a safe and efficient working environment

Required experience, education, Skills, Training and Competencies:

• Delivery Competency – Be able to read, interpret and work from technical drawings, specifications, technical manuals, and schematics
• Competency – Be able to use hand tools such as wrenches, screwdrivers, and pliers.
• Competency – Be able to communicate effectively
• Experience – Have experience in manufacturing or a desire to learn, along with consistent attention to detail

Compensation and Benefits:

• The base pay for this position is $39,490 to $63,140 per year depending on the geographic market.
• Dependent on the position offered, annual bonuses and other forms of compensation may be provided as part of the compensation package.
