General ThermoDynamics, an API Heat Transfer Company, is seeking Assembler – CuBr Operations to join our manufacturing team in Franklin, Wisconsin. This position plays a critical role in assembling copper-brass heat exchangers used in industrial applications around the world.

What You’ll Do

• Assemble copper-brass heat exchanger cores and components.
• Perform tube pushing operations and component alignment activities.
• Read work instructions and follow production specifications.
• Conduct quality inspections throughout the assembly process.
• Use hand tools, fixtures, and measuring devices.
• Support production goals while maintaining safety and quality standards.
• Work collaboratively with team members across manufacturing operations.

What We’re Looking For

• Manufacturing or assembly experience preferred.
• Mechanical aptitude and strong attention to detail.
• Ability to read measurements and follow work instructions.
• Dependable attendance and strong work ethic.
• Commitment to safety, quality, and teamwork.
