Job Description

This role requires strong attention to detail, the ability to work comfortably on your feet throughout the day, and the willingness to collaborate with others. You will be cross-trained in various areas to support a 12-step process where modems undergo multiple tests and repairs.

Responsibilities

• Documenting received parts in the Receiving area.
• Performing Factory Reset by manually pressing a button.
• Conducting Automatic Tests by plugging in up to 32 units to determine repair needs.
• Performing Wi-Fi Tests.
• Executing Elevated Temperature Tests.
• Conducting Cosmetic Cleaning.
• Performing Cosmetic Repairs.
• Executing In Process Quality Control (IPQC).
• Kitting modems.
• Building pallets for AT&T in kits during Pack Out.
• Shipping completed products.

Essential Skills

• Assembly skills.
• Packing skills.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $16.00 – $18.00/hr.
