Responsibilities

We are looking for an Assembler to join our team. We focus on driving exceptional customer service by providing the highest quality at the lowest price, with the quickest delivery. The Assembler/Processor will support this mission utilizing our Trust, Bias For Action and Entrepreneurial Cultural Attributes.

Responsibilities:

• Cutting fiberglass tubes using abrasive saw
• Cutting cores using table saw or plasma work station
• Shaving and or grooving fiberglass
• Socking
• Attaching end caps using staking station
• Use MC for material allocation and inspections if assigned MC user login.

Qualifications

Tools Used:

• Measuring Tape
• Hot melt glue station
• Plasma core cutting location.
• Air driven end cap staking station.
• Hand tools including screwdrivers, and adjustable wrenches.
• Socking Horn

Required Skills:

• Ability to read and follow instructions provided on work order.
• Ability to use tools required along with measuring devices.

Physical Demands:

• Long periods of standing on concrete floor
• Walking within the work area
• Kneeling, reaching, climbing, twisting, bending, sitting.
• Use of both hands and feet
• Pushing mobile carts
