Job Description

• Seeking a skilled and detail-oriented individual to join our team as an HVAC (Heating, Ventilation, and Air Conditioning) Assembly Technician.

• In this role, you will be responsible for assembling HVAC units.

• Your expertise and precision will contribute to the successful completion of various projects, ensuring the efficient operation of heating and cooling systems.

• Mechanical assemblers will build HVAC units, working off of shop floor paperwork. Responsibilities include using basic hand tools, riveting sheet metal together, and lifting components into place with a team of other assemblers.

Work Environment

• HVAC Manufacturer, warehouse, production floor – Clean environment for the most part

• Unison has two sides: Innovent does custom hvac units and Valent does production work.

• NO AIR CONDITIONING – can get hot inside 80 to 85 degree depends on whatever the weather is like outside it’ll be similar inside.

• NICE PERKS – the company does provide free Gatorade on hot days at times.

• Easy going environment and flexible to where contractors can drink pop and eat chips at workstations as long as contractors are still performing.

• Sheet Metal Environment

Shift

1st Shift: Monday-Friday: 6am-2pm

2nd Shift M-F

3rd Shift Sun-Thurs 10PM-6AM
