Assembler – Second Shift

Hand/Laser Marking         
Bonding      
Packing                
Masking/De-masking        
Material Handling                  
Go/No Go Testing
X-ray/AOI
Photographs
Wash Boards
Mechanical Assembly
Routing
Mechanical Rework
Board Cleaning
Operator Self Inspection
Part Tinning 
Component Prep
Complex Box Builds
Coating 
Coating touch-up experience preferred.

• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
• Performs assessment of product quality.
• Keeps work area clean and orderly.
• Basic computer skills and ability to operate barcode scanning equipment.
• Vision corrected to 20/20

Requirements:

• High school education or equivalent
• Successful completion of the following training programs (which are provided):

1. ESD & Class 0 Certification    
2. Component Identification Training
3. Layout Training            
4. Right-To-Know Training
5. Moisture Sensitive Devices    
6. Trained to IPC & J-STD certifications
7. Component/PWB Handling
8. Move Safe Product
9. Part Installation            
10. Operator Self Inspection

• Standing for extended periods of time may be required 
• Infrequent lifting and moving of material over 25 pounds and up to 60 pounds
• Ability to obtain a US Government granted security clearance, if necessary.
