Responsibilities:

1st Shift – 5:30 am – 1:00 pm

TRAINING PROVIDED

  • Perform assembly based on work instructions, blueprint specifications, and parts lists; gathering parts, subassemblies, tools, and materials.
  • Assembles components & fasten parts and subassemblies.
  • Verifies specifications by measuring completed component.
  • Resolves assembly problems by altering dimensions to meet specifications; notifying supervisor to obtain additional resources.
  • Keeps equipment operational by completing preventive maintenance requirements; following instructions; troubleshooting malfunctions; calling for repairs.
  • Maintains safe and clean working environment
  • Maintains supplies inventory by checking stock to determine inventory level; and placing & expediting orders for supplies; verifying receipt of supplies.
  • Documents actions by completing production and quality forms.
  • Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
  • Ensure compliance with corporate and plant safety standards.

Qualifications

  • High school degree, diploma or a GED equivalent
  • Ability to efficiently work as part of a team
  • Attention to detail & ability to multi-task.
  • Basic math skills.
