Shifts Schedule: Must be able to work all shifts 1st, 2nd and 3rd.
Pay Rate: 49/hour on w2 without benefits
Job Description:

• The Mechanical Instructor is responsible for delivering high-quality training programs focused on mechanical skills and certification for technicians involved in the production of mechanical assemblies.
• This role includes assessing the effectiveness of training content, conducting workplace coaching, and collaborating with business partners to identify and implement performance development opportunities.
• The instructor will ensure that all training aligns with company policies and procedures while maintaining a professional presence in the classroom and lab settings.
• Conducts learning requirements analysis and establishes learning objectives.
• Designs and develops course content and instructional materials.
• Tests delivery environment and establishes system access requirements.
• Delivers content and assesses effectiveness based on learning objectives.
• Conducts customer workplace coaching sessions to improve individual or group performance.
• Deploys development tools and monitors implementation and performance outcomes.

Required experience:

• Mechanical experience.
• Instruction/training experience (leading groups, conducting training courses, building training content, coaching).

education:

• Education/experience typically acquired through advanced education (e.g. Bachelor) and typically 6 or more years’ related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience (e.g. Master+4 years’ related work experience, 10 years’ related work experience, etc.).
