???? Key Responsibilities

Depending on the department, your day-to-day may include:

• Structural and mechanical assembly using torque wrenches and hand tools
• Reading and interpreting blueprints, schematics, and work instructions
• Electrical testing, splicing fiber optic cables, or PCBA assembly
• Material handling using pallet jacks, cranes, or riding equipment
• Working with SAP and other computer-based systems for documentation
• Following aerospace specifications and quality standards

✅ Must-Have Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in manufacturing or production (aerospace preferred)
• Proficiency with hand tools, torque wrenches, and mechanical assembly
• Ability to read and follow blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings
• Comfortable with repetitive tasks and focused on quality and precision
• Strong attendance record and team-oriented mindset

⭐ Nice-to-Haves

• Experience in aerospace, automotive, construction, or electrical installation
• Familiarity with SAP or similar ERP systems
• Ability to follow visual and written instructions
• Experience with fiber optics, PCBA, or mechanical/electrical testing

• Final Integration: Satellite assembly, rigging, harnessing, torque Application
• Panel Lines: Fiber optic splicing, cable handling, sub-assembly installation
• Mechanisms / Mixed Model Assembly: PCBA, mechanical/electrical testing
• SSL: Aerospace manufacturing, blueprint reading, SAP usage

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $27.00 – $27.00/hr.
