position: Assistant Batcher

Type: Contract position

Location: Woodinville

Pay: $21 per hour

Schedule: Monday – Friday, 4:30AM-1:00PM (Start and finish time is various, depending on production schedule, no weekend shift, except urgent production needed)

Responsibilities:

• Operate production equipment safely and efficiently.
• Accurately scale, prepare, and mix raw ingredients.
• Organize and transfer ingredients, materials, and packaging as needed.
• Inspect and report defective products, machinery, or raw materials.
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitization of the production area.
• Keep equipment in good condition and workspaces organized.
• Follow all company safety, quality, and food-handling guidelines.

Qualifications/Requirements:

• Minimum of high school diploma or equivalent.
• Able to work with a fast-paced changing environment and be flexible with the changes.
• Must be able to pass a drug screening and background check.
• Good understanding of how production equipment works.
• Ability to detect potential problems with machinery or defect raw ingredients.
• Must be able to lift up to 60 lbs.
• Ability to lift heavy loads and transfer them manually.
