Join our established multi-disciplinary consultancy, where you’ll gain hands-on experience across various sectors including residential, education, healthcare, and leisure.Role Overview: As a Building Surveyor, you’ll be responsible for conducting inspections, condition surveys, and managing refurbishment projects under the mentorship of chartered surveyors. You’ll work on projects such as refurbishments and survey programs for local authorities and educational establishments.Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct inspections and condition surveys per DfE guidelines
  • Diagnose defects
  • Write reports and specifications
  • Administer contracts

Requirements:

  • RICS accredited Building Surveying degree
  • Relevant industry experience
  • Proficient in condition surveys and stock condition assessments
  • Strong technical knowledge of construction and building pathology
  • Full UK driving license and own vehicle
  • Experience with MS Project and Techforge is a plus
  • Registered for APC and aiming for MRICS
