And with retail innovation high on the menu, you’ll help us create spaces that are as welcoming and nourishing as the food we serve.Curious to see what’s cooking?We warmly welcome informal visits–come meet the team, explore our retail spaces, and see how you could make your mark.Main duties of the jobResponsibility for the provision of Catering Services across Airedale Hospital and Castleberg Hospital, this includes; Retail Operations, Patient Meal Services, and Ward based Hostess & Housekeepers. To ensure the standard of food and production throughout the services is maintained for staff, visitors, patients & customers. Emphasis will be based on food quality and deployment of catering staff at patient level. Retail service developments, and enhancements. Responsible for managing and achieving labour budgets and increasing sales in retail operations. Responsible for the implementation and management of all the companies’ policies and procedures in your areas of responsibility. Ensuring all staff are trained to the required level to carry out their roles successfully.About usWe are always looking for enterprising and innovative approaches to the way we provide our services.   • Previous supervisory experience
