Role: Assistant Centre Manager / Vehicle Technician / Fast fit Technician
Salary: £33,000 + bonus (£7,100)Our client, a hugley popular UK-Wide National Service Centre in the Morden area, is seeking an experienced Assistant Centre Manager. This hands-on role splits time between the workshop—working alongside technicians—and supporting the Centre Manager with sales and customer service. A great opportunity to step into management!Salary: Up to £33,000 + a potential bonus of £7,100 per year (with potential to earn more).
Hours: 5 days a week (closed Sundays). Every other Saturday morning.

• Maintain efficiency by adhering to scheduled times.
• Record work details accurately.
• Keep work areas tidy and safe.
• Communicate professionally with colleagues and customers.
• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.

Requirements:

• NVQ Level 3 (or equivalent).
• Strong technical skills and customer service.
• Valid Driving License.
• Ability to work independently and maintain quality.
