Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement system assurance strategies and plans for rail projects, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and standards
  • Conduct Risk assessments and safety analysis to identify potential hazards and recommend mitigation strategies
  • Work closely with a multidisciplinary engineering team to integrate system assurance processes
  • Prepare and maintain documentation including assurance reports, safety cases and compliance checklist etc.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree or above in engineering.
  • Have at least 2-10 years’ solid experience in System Assurance, Safety and Risk Management.
  • Familiar with industrial standards on safety and dependability.
  • Knowledge in HAZID/HAZOP, QRA/FTA, SIL Assessment, Safety Case.
  • Knowledge and working experience in RAM modelling tools (RWB, AWB, etc.).
  • Knowledge and working experience in fire safety engineering is an advantage.
  • Experience in rail sector / international experience / human factor analysis / ergonomic studies is an advantage.
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Excellent spoken and written English, Cantonese and Putonghua.
  • Candidates with less experience may be considered for Graduate Consultant position.
