Waldorf Astoria is looking for an Assistant Director of Front Office to join the team in Chicago’s Gold Coast!
This Forbes 4-Star property located in downtown Chicago has a Parisian-style charm with 216 rooms, 8,500 square feet of banquet space, and 4 food and beverage outlets. This includes a restaurant, 2 bars, and in-room dining.
In this position, you will assist in leading and managing all aspects of Front Office operations.
We are seeking a committed and passionate leader with a track record of enhancing service quality. Candidates must have prior experience in Hotel Front Office Management and familiarity with OnQ. Experience in luxury settings and unionized environments is advantageous.

What will I be doing?
As an Assistant Director of Front Office, you would be responsible for assisting in the direction and administration of all Front Office operations in the hotel’s continuing effort to deliver outstanding guest service and financial profitability.
