  • Assist the Human Resources Director in developing and implementing HR strategies, policies, and programs
  • Oversee the recruitment, onboarding, and retention of talented employees
  • Support employee training and development initiatives to enhance skills and foster career growth
  • Manage employee relations, including conflict resolution and disciplinary actions
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations, maintaining accurate records and documentation
  • Drive employee engagement and promote a positive work culture through effective communication and recognition programs
  • Collaborate with department heads to align HR practices with business objectives
  • Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in HR to drive continuous improvement

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
  • 5+ years of progressive HR experience, including leadership roles
  • Strong knowledge of HR principles, labor laws, and regulations
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Proven ability to build strong relationships and work collaboratively with all levels of the organization
  • Strategic thinker with the ability to analyze data and make informed decisions
  • Experience in recruitment, employee relations, training, and compliance
  • Professional certifications such as SHRM-CP or PHR (preferred)
