Our client is seeking an Assistant Night Shift Manager to join thier dedicated team. • Assist the Night Shift Manager in overseeing operations during the night shift.
• Coordinate and allocate tasks to the night shift team.
• Ensure adherence to safety protocols and company policies.
• Monitor production processes and address any issues promptly.
• Collaborate with other departments to maintain smooth operations.
• Conduct regular checks on equipment and machinery.
• Keep accurate records of shift activities.

Requirements:

• Previous experience in shift management is essential.
• Valid FLT (Counterbalance Forklift Truck) license is essential.
• Strong communication and leadership skills.
• Ability to work independently and make decisions under pressure.
• Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
