Job Description

Responsibilities

• Gather and move materials to and from the production line.
• Collect finished products and ensure they meet quality standards.
• Participate in continuous training to understand the manufacturing process.
• Monitor machine operations and ensure efficiency.

Essential Skills

• experience operating machinery.
• Experience working in a manufacturing or warehouse environment.
• Ability to work 2nd or 3rd shifts.
• High school diploma.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

• Experience working off a work order.
• Experience in any type of industrial environment.
• Machine operating experience can lead to higher pay rates and advanced positions.

Work Environment

The role offers various shifts with differentials: 2nd shift (3:00pm – 11:00pm, Monday to Friday) with a $1.40 differential, and 3rd shift (11:00pm – 7:00am, Monday to Friday) with a $2.00 differential. The base pay for a Utility Helper is $17.53, while an Assistant Operator starts at $19.52, with increased rates for 2nd and 3rd shifts.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $20.92 – $24.33/hr.
