  • Education: Ph.D. or equivalent in occupational therapy or a related area. Postdoctoral experience an asset.
  • Other criteria:
  • Excellent knowledge, demonstrated through research, of occupational therapy, and more specifically occupational therapy in children and youth in various social contexts or; occupational therapy with older people experiencing frailty. Candidates with other areas of expertise are also welcome to apply.
  • Demonstrated knowledge of graduate teaching and training.
  • Demonstrated knowledge and experience in interdisciplinary collaboration.
  • While French-English bilingualism is an asset, excellent communication skills in French are essential for the position, and tenure is conditional on passive (or active) knowledge of English.
  • Membership in the College of Occupational Therapists of Ontario or another Canadian occupational therapy provincial regulator or completion of the Substantial Equivalency Assessment System (SEAS) process.
