It will also provide opportunities for colleagues to explore opportunities across a wide range of projects.Take responsibility for the successful delivery of project deliverables.Join us in this important role and you’ll take responsibility for the delivery of project and programme workstream activities, including progress reporting, risk and budget management, and the on-schedule achievement of project deliverables. Taking responsibility for any issues that arise, it’ll be your task to identify these and escalate your recommendations to your Project Manager, who will then take the appropriate action.Help us build great working relationships with a range of stakeholders.Committed to building highly productive and effective relationships with the Project Sponsor team and other key stakeholders, we’ll expect you to work in accordance with TfL PPM methodologies and to all the relevant corporate standards and health and safety legislation. In addition to these responsibilities, there may be times when you’ll be required to deputise for the Project Manager, work that will involve ensuring that project and resource plans are managed and delivery is carefully monitored.Use all your expertise and knowledge.To be a success in this role you’ll have evidence that you have a track record for working in high pressure teams and of taking personal responsibility of delivering projects or packages of work to agreed time, budget, and quality metrics. You will have experience of supporting the successful delivery of projects with a particular focus on identifying and escalating issues. We’ll expect you to possess a good understanding of project management and its practical application through evidenced delivery on your CV.
