We are seeking a skilled and motivated Quantity Surveyor to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will work on a variety of fit-out projects, primarily focusing on high street retail clients, office spaces, and commercial spaces, with project values around £1 million.Key Responsibilities:
Prepare cost estimates and tender documents for fit-out projects.
Perform cost analysis and manage budgets for ongoing projects.
Liaise with clients, contractors, and suppliers to ensure cost-effective solutions.
Prepare and manage contracts and ensure compliance with terms and conditions.
Monitor and report on project progress and financial performance.
Conduct site visits every few weeks to assess project progress and address any issues.
Work collaboratively within a team to deliver high-quality fit-out projects on time and within budget.
Work Environment:
Office-based role with regular site visits.
Collaborative and supportive team environment.

Proven experience as a Quantity Surveyor in the fit-out industry.
Strong background in general fit-out projects.
Excellent analytical and numerical skills.
