OverviewOur Volkswagen Norwich Retail Centre are actively looking for enthusiastic individuals excited to join our ever-growing automotive family, and if you’re as passionate about cars as we are then we’d love to welcome you to the team where you will be welcomed into a friendly team and be part of our exciting journey.As Assistant Service Manager at Group 1 Automotive you will be welcomed into a friendly team and have the opportunity to work with an exciting brand.What you will be doing?Lead, manage and motivate a team of automotive professionals, ensuring the dealership is adequately resourced Drive a high performance culture, ensuring performance is rewarded and underperformance is managed.Oversee the Front of House Operations, managing resource levels and productivity.CXM, CXM and CXM. You will be wholly and completely Customer Focused, delivery 5* Customer Service Every Day. Accurately produce dealership reporting, in line with group reporting frameworks.Support the dealership to consistently achieve high levels of customer satisfactionWhat we are looking for?If you think you’ve got what it takes and meet the criteria below, then please apply!Experience within the automotive industry is essential.Excellent organisation skills, with experience in high-level reporting.
