• Assist the Site Manager in overseeing all aspects of the construction project
• Coordinate and supervise subcontractors and suppliers
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations on-site
• Monitor progress and quality of work being carried out
• Assist in the management of site personnel

Required Qualifications:

• CSCS, SSSTS, SMSTS, First Aid, Driving Licence

Experience:

• Proven experience in PLC House Building, managing new build housing projects

Knowledge and Skills:

• Strong understanding of construction processes and procedures
• Excellent communication and leadership skills
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines

Preferred Qualifications:

• Additional health and safety qualifications
• Project management certification

Working Conditions:

• On-site at the construction project in Nuneaton
• Full-time hours, with occasional overtime required
• Potential travel to other project locations within the West Midlands and Warwickshire
