Job Description:
Ryan Companies US, Inc. has an immediate career opportunity for an Associate of Asset Management! This is a hybrid role in our downtown Chicago office.
This is a key role for the organization that is responsible for creation, oversight and implementation of strategic business plans and programs for Multifamily, Senior Living and Active Adult properties; blending together oversight of operations, marketing and sales with hands-on financial planning and execution. The candidate must have the ability to consider the objectives of both Ryan Companies and our operating and investment partners, with a focus on increasing the value of the properties and providing an exceptional experience for our residents.

The annual base pay is $120,000 – $150,100. The base rate may vary within the anticipated range based on factors such as the ultimate location of the position and the selected candidate’s knowledge, skills and abilities. Position may be eligible for additional compensation that may include commission and/or an incentive program.
