This includes the opportunity to develop relationships with other successful internal departments such as Tenant Representation, Management, Agency, Rating, Capital Markets and Planning to provide holistic, commercial advice to our clients.We are looking for an energetic surveyor who is looking to develop and form part of a highly successful team with a strong pipeline for 2025.What this job involvesThe workload will be varied and exciting, including running projects across sectors, dilapidations, development monitoring and core building surveying duties, such as surveys and technical due diligence.This includes:

• Undertaking Building Surveyor’s inspections and preparing reports
• Undertaking the role of Contract Administrator and Employer’s Agent on fit-out, refurbishment and adaptation projects
• Negotiating schedules of dilapidations/preparing exit strategies
• Assisting with co-ordination of portfolio instructions and undertaking other duties from time to time as may be reasonably required
• Making sustainable business links with both external and internal clients and offering a professional and excellent client service at all times

• Required to have the ability to work within a team and on own initiative
• Must be enthusiastic, proactive and self-motivated
• Must have strong verbal and numerical skills, and be comfortable with report writing
• Requires excellent time management and general organisational skills
• Is required to be flexible and have the ability to work under pressure
• Must be well presented and have excellent communication skills
• MRICS or nearing qualification (Building Surveying) with ideally proven experience, preferably PQE in a commercial consultancy
• Good working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook
• Clean driving license
