Founded in the early 1900’s, they have grown from their litigation into a thriving and dynamic practice, providing a comprehensive range of legal services to meet the needs of a wide variety of businesses, individuals, and organisations based throughout the UK and internationally.They are a leading commercial firm with an excellent culture that sets them apart from their competitors.The RoleThis is a great opportunity for a Class Action & Finance Litigation Associate 0-5 PQE to join this Top 120 Law Firm in London.There are two roles available within this PQE bracket, so those at the junior end are encouraged to apply as much as those at the senior end of the PQE banding.The team specialises in bringing cases against entities whose actions have caused damage to small or large groups of people.Their experience in this field has included acting for groups of shareholders, private individuals and those belonging to professional bodies and trade associations.They advise clients on the stages involved in pursuing a group or class action and the various options for funding such a case. In appropriate cases they are also able to assist with media relations, helping to generate publicity to achieve maximum exposure for the cases they handle.Their work in this field includes acting in a number of very high profile actions in recent years, including claims against a large household name bank, against energy supply brokers for secret commissions, and a class action against TikTok – to name but a few!This is an excellent opportunity not to be missed.The Ideal Candidate:

• You will have 0-5 years PQE with practical experience in Litigation (ideally in class action disputes)
• You will have good organisational skills.
• You will have enthusiasm for intellectually challenging work.
