Job Summary
The Associate Director of Operations and Events serves as an active member of the Booth Student Life team. This position will be responsible for the successful execution of several community, student hosted, and Student Life hosted events. Program participation ranges from 30 to 10,000 attendees, with additional student and staff volunteers assisting with program delivery. Additionally, leveraging project manager expertise, the Associate Director plans, executes and evaluates program, project, and process effectiveness and drives both individual and team continuous improvement efforts. Beyond events, this role will participate with inter-department teams and support staff operations.
