The role

As an Associate in our Infrastructure team, you will provide critical support and resources to ensure timely management of projects and programs. You will be responsible for ensuring that processes and systems are in place for the timely delive ry of projects and that milestones, that are agreed with the client, are met.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Working as a team member on Projects and Programs Palladium Infrastructure has secured.
  • Work within the infrastructure team to help identify opportunities to cross sell Palladium Infrastructure services across the business e.g. sustainability.
  • Reporting the status and progress of Project milestones.
  • Agree Project budgets (Internally with Palladium Infrastructure) and external individual project budgets.
  • Contribute to developing new clients and market areas, including expanding Palladium Infrastructure operations in Australia and overseas.
  • Record and monitor expenditure on a monthly basis and identify variances from budgets and reasons.
  • Review project quality register on a regular basis and agree mitigation plans for any issues raised, highlighting any major concerns to the Manager / Director where appropriate.

About You

With an understanding of the International Development sector or consulting Project Management industry, you will have the ability to adapt to ever-changing and fast-paced situations at work. Experience working in an engineering or project management business ideally in the international development sector is highly desirable.

Additional key requirements include:

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skill.
  • Strong networking and partnership management skills.
  • Must be able to work under tight deadlines, with multiple / simultaneous bid efforts, and across time-zone challenges.
  • Well organized and high attention to detail.
