The Associate Program Director (APD) for the Internal Medicine Residency Program supports the Program Director in developing program guidelines, managing the Application process, and overseeing various aspects of the residency. The APD ensures compliance with ACGME accreditation standards and contributes to the design and delivery of a high-quality educational experience for residents.
This leadership role blends clinical teaching, mentorship, and administrative oversight to further the program’s mission.
The New Jersey Pay Transparency Act requires disclosure of the pay range for this position.
A salary offer will vary based on the job role, candidate experience, qualifications, internal pay equity and market data.
