Associate Specialist – Information Management

Job Responsibilities:

• Provide support to the Information Management/Digital Engineering Team on Information and data management for the project
• Coordinate and provide support to set up project IM set up , SharePoint and Project folders , etc..
• Review IM / Digital Engineering requirements for the project based on Technical specifications for IM requirements and data class library received from the client
• Identify the data originator for each attribute
• Prepare the discipline-wise template
• Initiate requests to buy-in the data from respective sources
• Update the discipline-wise template
• Transfer information to 2D/3D Administrators to populate in the CAE tool
• Record changes with respect to revisions received for the data attributes

Job Requirements:

• Degree in any Engineering discipline
• Knowledge and exposure to computer science would be an added advantage
• Knowledge on Computer Systems including MS Access, MS Excel, MS Power Point, MS Word and similar applications
