Associate, Transfer Agent Associate

Join our Transfer Agent Administration and Oversight team as a Transfer Agent Associate in Philadelphia or Kansas City, supporting our Mutual Funds shareholder servicing functions. This includes overseeing sub-Transfer Agent operations, shareholder servicing, and various Fund initiatives.

This position will be part of the Transfer Agent Administration and Oversight Team sitting within the Fund Services function. The person has the responsibility of overseeing sub-Transfer Agent operations, shareholder servicing, and various Fund initiatives. The role will interact with key internal and external stakeholders including Product, Legal, Compliance, Retail Distribution and external Service Providers

• Knowledge of Mutual Fund Transfer Agent shareholder services, controls, and operations.
• 3+ years of experience in the Financial Services industry or a related field
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (e.g., Word, Excel).
• Demonstrated ability to work independently, manage tasks efficiently, and meet deadlines.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills to collaborate effectively with teams and stakeholders.
