Summary of Job Duties:The Attendance Coordinator is a member of the Workforce Management team responsible for generating and providing to Clinical Services Managers on a bi-weekly basis , employee attendance reports, attendance related EDN documents and supportive policies needed by the manager for timely employee counseling. The Attendance Coordinator monitors EDN status of employees and documents completion of process in the UKG-WFM system to ensure accurate attendance reporting functionality within Power BI, promoting consistent policy application for employees.Qualifications:
