Salary Range: $60,000.00 To $64,000.00 Annually
Emerald is seeking a detail-oriented Attendee Marketing Specialist to join the MJBiz team, reporting directly to the Attendee Marketing Manager. This role focuses on supporting the development and execution of marketing initiatives driving our audience goals. You will play a key role in executing marketing strategies, including multichannel campaigns.

RESPONSIBILITIES
- Assist the attendee marketing team in executing marketing programs across various channels to boost brand awareness, drive registrations, and generate attendance for the event.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create and implement social media campaigns aimed at increasing community engagement and registrations.
- Help collect and analyze campaign data weekly to measure performance against goals.
- Support both pre- and post-event reports to share key insights with the internal team and marketing leadership.
- Communicate effectively with third-party vendors providing attendee and media services.
- Build strong working relationships with cross-functional teams, including Sales, Partnerships, Conference, and Operations.
- Assist with website updates and edits as necessary.
- Support the finalization of print and digital materials, including proofing and quality assurance.
- Collect advertising and email deliverables as required.
- Provide on-site assistance at events, shows, and activations, as needed.
- Help track budget expenses and receipts for monthly financial reporting.
QUALIFICATIONS
- 1-2+ years of experience in marketing or a related field.
- Experience across various marketing channels, including email, digital, telemarketing, direct mail, and partnership marketing.
- Knowledge of cannabis and or B2B events industry a plus
- Strong project management, writing, and communication skills, with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Creative thinker with a solutions-oriented approach.
- Eye for digital design, with the ability to organize visuals effectively for websites.
- Excellent organizational skills and the ability to prioritize multiple tasks.
- Proficient in MS Outlook, Word, and Excel for maintaining and presenting information.
- Familiarity with digital marketing tools and analytics platforms (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, Adobe Creative Suite, CMS platforms like WordPress) is a plus.
- Willingness to travel 2-3 times per year within the U.S.
- No degree required.

COMPENSATION & BENEFITS
Target Compensation: $60,000-64,000
Please note that this range reflects a reasonable estimate of the target compensation for this position. This range may ultimately vary based on a candidate’s qualifications and may be higher where required by applicable law.
