Autism Support WorkerWe are currently seeking an enthusiastic and competent Autism Support Worker to join a reputable SEN school in Sunderland that caters to pupils on the Autistic spectrum and with complex needs. This role is 5 days per week throughout the academic year, providing consistency for students to thrive.Key Responsibilities:
- Supporting children with autism on an individual and group basis.
- Assisting with in-class activities and assignments.
- Implementing effective behaviour management strategies.
- Assisting students with their daily routines.
- Creating and maintaining individualised Education Health Care Plans (EHCPs).

- Experience as an Autism Teaching Assistant or Support Worker (preferred but not required).
- A positive and encouraging attitude.
- Experience with behaviour management strategies.
