Auto Technician-Flexible Schedule! Great Location!

We are seeking an experienced Auto Technician to join our team at Jaguar Land Rover Minneapolis. As a Full-Time Auto Technician, you will have a flexible schedule and work within a great location. You will have the opportunity to earn an average of $45 per hour through a base plus commission pay structure. This individual contributor role is ideal for someone who has a passion for the automotive industry and is looking for a challenging yet rewarding career.

$28-$60/hour (Incentive/Based)

Responsibilities:

• Perform routine maintenance and repair work on Land Rover and Jaguar vehicles, following dealership and manufacturer standards
• Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical and electrical issues using diagnostic tools and technology
• Conduct vehicle inspections and provide accurate and detailed reports to customers
• Communicate effectively with customers and service advisors on vehicle repairs and maintenance needs
• Complete repairs in a timely and efficient manner to ensure customer satisfaction
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment
• Follow all safety protocols and dealership policies and procedures

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
• Minimum of 2 years of experience as an automotive technician
• ASE certification preferred
• Proficiency in using diagnostic tools and technology
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in completing repairs and conducting inspections
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multi-task effectively
