Job Responsibilities

  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, live chat, social media, or in-person interactions.
  • Listen actively to customer concerns, identify needs, and provide appropriate solutions or information.
  • Resolve complaints efficiently and empathetically, escalating complex issues to supervisors when necessary.
  • Process orders, returns, refunds, or account adjustments accurately.
  • Maintain detailed records of customer interactions, transactions, and feedback in company systems.
  • Identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell products/services where appropriate.
  • Provide basic troubleshooting or guidance on product usage.
  • Collaborate with other departments (e.g., sales, technical support) to address customer needs.
  • Follow up with customers to ensure resolution and satisfaction.
  • Contribute to team goals, such as meeting response time targets or customer satisfaction metrics.

Job Requirements

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong active listening and empathy to understand customer perspectives.
  • Problem-solving abilities and patience when handling difficult situations.
  • Proficiency with computers, CRM software (e.g., Zendesk, Salesforce), and office tools.
  • Multitasking and time management in fast-paced environments.
  • Conflict resolution and the ability to remain calm under pressure.
  • Customer-oriented mindset with a focus on positive experiences.
