As a Sales Professional, you will help customers find the right vehicles while delivering an exceptional purchasing experience.  Working closely with our Sales and Finance teams, you will build relationships, present vehicle options, conduct test drives, and guide customers through the sales process from the start to finish.

Responsibilities

• Sell new and pre-owned vehicles while delivering an excellent customer experience
• Build strong customer relationships and guide customers through the sales process
• Present vehicle options, conduct test drives, and answer product questions
• Complete required sales paperwork and documentation accurately
• Work collaboratively with the Sales and Finance teams
• Participate in training and maintain customer satisfaction standards

 

Qualifications

• Automotive knowledge preferred, but not required
• Valid Wisconsin driver’s license with a clean driving record
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Self-motivated with a positive attitude
• Detail-oriented and organized
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Comfortable working some evenings and Saturdays
