Qualifications

What we are looking for:

On the back of delivering great work for aviation clients, we are looking to grow our team. We are interested in hearing from consultants with two to five years relevant experience, either within the aviation sector, management consultancies, and those with Masters degrees from aviation-specific universities e.g.: Cranfield.

At PA, we believe that a brilliant aviation consultant is curious, enjoys exploring new ideas, and with your sector knowledge, will be looking to evolve thinking and problem definition. You will be capable of delivering high quality work to aviation clients, particularly in the areas of:

• Airline/airport ground operations/flight operations
• Airline/airport commercial understanding in the areas of network planning, revenue management.
• Airline/airport technology, including operational and commercial systems
• Airline/airport financial performance and business planning
• Sustainability or environmental issues in the aviation sector including sustainable aviation fuel

We would expect successful candidates to be able to demonstrate: 

• An understanding of the aviation sector and its structures
• Exceptional problem-solving and consulting skills (does not have to be for a consultancy)
• Experience of designing and delivering projects/programmes in a range of environments
• An ability to work with colleagues in a multi-disciplined team.
• An ability to create/maintain an effective client network by nurturing key client relationships
• Excellent communication skills and confidence to work across all levels of a business
