Requires basic commercial awareness.Developed communication and diplomacy skills are required to guide, influence and others, in particular colleagues in other areas. Significant impact on the area through complex deliverables. Work impacts an entire area, which eventually affects the overall performance and effectiveness of the sub-function/job family.What you’ll doKey contributor to the Funds Transfer Pricing (FTP) framework and local oversight of the FTP processes and governanceContributes to the governance of funding and analytics of the balance sheetParticipates in managing liquidity and interest rate risk, the capital/legal entity structure and capitalExposure to Citi’s balance sheet and develop understanding of data and technology infrastructure supporting the liquidity reporting processPerforms other duties and functions as assignedAppropriately assess risk when business decisions are made, demonstrating particular consideration for the firm’s reputation and safeguarding Citigroup, its clients and assets, by driving compliance with applicable laws, rules and regulations, adhering to Policy, applying sound ethical judgment regarding personal behavior, conduct and business practices, and escalating, managing and reporting control issues with transparencyWhat we’ll need from youA suitable level of Finance experienceMust have advanced analytical skills but also the ability to see the big pictureExcellent communication skills are imperative i.e. ability to make complex subjects easily digestible for senior managementExercises proven PowerPoint (PPT) and Excel skillsAbility to prioritise in a fast-paced environment Ability to interact with all levels of managementMust be a team playerBachelor’s degree in Finance or Accounting or related field preferredWhat we can offer youThis is a role that will offer you the opportunity to build and develop an in-depth knowledge within Finance and drive your career forward.Sounds like Citi has everything you need?
