Seeking an experienced and motivated individual to become a part of the Accounting Team at a community bank. Prior accounting experience is necessary and Bank accounting experience a plus. Perform a variety of accounting /bookkeeping functions to ensure timely and accurate recording of financial records. Person will perform wire transfers, account reconciliations, accounts payable, daily general ledger positing, and other related daily and monthly accounting activities. Other tasks may be assigned, as needed.
Candidate will possess at least four years of accounting experience and strong knowledge of utilizing computer systems. Must have aptitude for working with numbers and be detailed oriented. Must be able to post and maintain accounting records accurately and on a timely basis.
