If you are an eager and highly attentive to detail Administrator looking to continue gaining experience in the Finance sector – please apply now!This role also includes a customer service component, so the successful candidate must be comfortable and experienced in communicating with clients both in person and over the phone.Responsibilities:

  • Filing, records management, and data entry
  • Taking on administrative tasks within various projects as needed
  • Reviewing customer forms for accuracy and compliance
  • Opening customer accounts and responding to related inquiries
  • Updating customer account information
  • Assisting customers with password reset functions
  • Treat all stakeholders with professionalism, dignity, and respect and support an environment where people can contribute and excel
  • Administer the processing of any transactions that support company clients and operations processes
  • Provide direct support to the customers, to enable them to deliver a ‘best in class’ customer experience

Qualifications:

  • Post-secondary education in business/finance is an asset
  • Previous experience in the banking or financial sector is an asset
  • Previous administrative experience is an asset
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Microsoft Word and Excel proficiency
  • Ability to complete tasks in a timely fashion
  • Strong work ethic and positive attitude
