An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Banking & Finance Paralegal to join a dynamic and growing law firm based in London.The Firm:Known for its entrepreneurial approach and commitment to excellence, this firm is seeking a skilled individual to support its highly regarded Banking & Finance team. About the Role & Team: This role involves working within a busy team primarily focused on lender-side finance matters, with additional exposure to borrower transactions. The successful candidate will work closely with senior team members and contribute to a wide range of complex and high-profile deals.The firm’s banking clients range from challenger banks, bridging lenders and development funders to well-known high-street banks and leading international investment banks.Working on behalf of domestic and international lenders, borrowers and investors, they deliver straightforward advice.
