Diversity and inclusion lie at the heart of the firm’s ethos, complemented by a modern, flexible working environment that champions work-life balance.The RoleThis is an exciting opportunity for a Senior Banking & Finance Lawyer to join this top 40 firm in Leeds.In this role, you will advise banks, lenders, fund managers, and corporate and institutional clients, both borrowers and lenders, on a full spectrum of finance and security matters. Your expertise will cover asset-based lending, leveraged finance, corporate lending and borrowing, real estate finance, government finance, bonds, and capital markets.You will also support the corporate team on funding issues related to capital markets and M&A transactions, as well as assist the commercial and real estate departments with portfolio property refinances and broader funding matters.
