If so, this role is for you.The RoleYou will be working alongside a Legal 500 ranked team advising on domestic and cross border finance transactions including:

• Leveraged Finance
• Real Estate Finance
• Structured Finance
• Islamic Finance
• Restructuring Finance

Key Responsibilities

• Assist the team on all finance transactions including loan terms, security documents and CPs
• Handle all aspects of loan and security terms
• Support junior team members and engage in client marketing initiatives

About you

• You should be a qualified solicitor with between 1 to 5 years of PQE
• You will likely have a broad banking and finance background at a recognised legal practice
• You should possess strong academics
