As the Banquets Captain Administrator Assistant at the Grand Geneva Resort & Spa, you will provide administrative and project support to the Banquet Management Team. Your leadership will ensure seamless operations and memorable guest experiences.

What will you be doing?

* Assists and/or has complete responsibility for completing banquet checks, correspondence, forms, memorandums, Delphi management system updates, scheduling, payroll processes and other items as needed.

* Answers telephone and responds to caller inquiries. Exercises decision-making skills to direct callers based on requests. Accurately records and distributes messages. Communicates with other hotel associates to relay pertinent banquets related information.

* Plans and executes various special projects with the guidance of Banquet Management.

* Organizes, files, distributes, faxes, and other essential functions necessary in the daily department operation

* Acts as liaison with clients and guests in Manager’s absence.

* Perform other duties as assigned.

What do you bring to the role?

* Good communication skills, both written and oral.

* Working knowledge of Microsoft Office, Excel, Word.

* Ability to input data into a word processor.

* Basic secretarial knowledge such as business letters, formats, and telephone etiquette

* High school diploma.
