• Oversee the daily operations of the bar, ensuring a smooth and efficient service.
• Lead, manage, and motivate the bar staff to deliver exceptional customer service.
• Manage stock levels, ordering, and inventory control to maximize profitability.
• Mentor staff, fostering a positive work environment and encouraging professional development.

Key Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Bar Manager or in a similar leadership role within a high-volume bar or hospitality setting.
• Strong knowledge of mixology, wines, and spirits.
• Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage a team in a fast-paced environment.
• A passion for delivering outstanding customer service.
