We’re Looking For (Full-Time Permanent):
- A qualified Psychology Teacher (QTS) with a passion for inspiring young people and a strong understanding of psychological theories, research methods, and various teaching methodologies.
- Experience teaching Psychology at the specified level (GCSE or A-Level) is preferred.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills to collaborate effectively with teachers, students, parents, and other professionals.
- A commitment to fostering a positive, inclusive, and stimulating learning environment where students feel empowered to participate and explore the fascinating world of psychology.
- The ability to build trusting relationships with students, identify their individual needs and learning styles, and provide tailored support to empower their academic and personal growth.
