Battery Unit & Systems Engineer – 56161- Dunton (Hybrid) – £29.52/hr rising to £35.65/hr after 12 weeksAre you ready to electrify your career with a pioneering role in the automotive industry? • Lead the system design and validation of high voltage (HV) battery units for next-generation electric vehicles.
• Ensure product development deliverables and program attribute targets are met efficiently.
• Utilise a robust product development toolset, including Teamcenter, FEDE Workbench, and VSEM, to achieve project goals.
• Contribute to attribute trade-off and management to deliver vehicle-level solutions that meet all requirements.
• Communicate effectively, demonstrating strong oral and written skills within a team environment.
• Display self-motivation and excellent team working skills, working with little supervision.

What You Will Bring:

• Degree in Engineering Discipline (or equivalent) or significant progress towards such a degree with a commitment to complete studies.
• Demonstrable experience in a relevant field, with a keen interest in electrification.
• Knowledge of HV battery technology, design, and validation (desirable).
• Ability to plan and execute technically complex projects across functions.
• Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to overcoming challenges.
